General Portrait Photography

AVR Photography specialises in Contemporary Family and Pet Portrait Photography and have vast experience in this area of photography. Our passion is driven by the skill involved in making use of the 'light' at our disposal in order to produce images with a creative edge.

We pride ourselves in making portrait sessions fun and relaxed, as we believe that an informal atmosphere ensures that we get the best from the portrait session.

As well as having a studio facilty, containing an extensive selection of studio equipment and props, we also have a fully equipped mobile studio and can come to your home or an alternative location of your choice.

AVR Photography also provides a 'Makeover' service, whereby you will have your makeup applied and hair styled, prior to having a 1 hour photoshoot with us. During the shoot you will have the opportunity to wear a variety of outfits, as well as making use of jewellery and props.

We can supply various mounts and frames or just supply the prints 'as is', allowing you to mount the photo in a frame yourself if you choose to do so. Prints can be provided as 'gloss' or 'matt' and we can also provide prints on canvas or acryllic blocks. Please see our prices page for further information.

We have a secure online viewing gallery area whereby clients can log in with a username and password, supplied by us, and can view previews of the images at their leisure. If desired, the client can also provide access to family and friends so that they can view the images too. The client can then e-mail us with a list of images that they would like and we will then process the order.

Prices for our portrait sessions start from only £45.00 and this includes a framed 10" x 8" print of your choice in a mount. Further prints can be ordered from us and the prices are shown on the following pages. We offer discounts for customers ordering 5 prints or more. Please enquire for further details.
